Dr Foote regrets that a reduction in his availability means he cannot accept any clients (private or ACC) for ongoing treatment.
He remains available for ACC and VA assessments, and privately-funded complex diagnostic reviews.
We accept referrals by email to admin@northlandpsychiatry.co.nz (we can accept encrypted zip files), or by fax to 09 55 33 250.
Commonly requested information
Dr Foote will see individuals aged 17 or older.
A summary letter will usually be sent to the individual and to the referrer, unless the individual opts out of this.
